Refund Policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy for most of our products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer plus a 20% restocking fee. If you have received a damaged product, please notify us within 3 days. Damaged items can be returned or replaced at no cost to the customer.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Some items are final sale and do not qualify for a refund:

  • Certain sale items and specials
  • Mobile Pedestals


Warranty

Envirotech Home offers a 5 year warranty on our remanufactured seating and height adjustable desks. Our mobile pedestals come with a lifetime warranty. Please refer below for more details below on our warranty.

What’s not covered by the warranty:

  • Fabric wear and tear on our task chairs. If the chair has a mesh back, tears in the mesh are not covered under warranty.
  • Surface discolorations caused by sunlight exposure.
  • Damage caused by improper installation.
  • Products that are improperly utilized (such as desks or chairs being used outdoors or in a non home office environment).
  • Discoloration of product caused by stains, soiling, dyes or spills.
  • Minor variations between the product renderings shown on our website and the product you receive.
